Book ConsultationClinical Approach
Dr Langdon's approach is conservative and assessment-led: the right treatment for the right patient, at the right time.
Every plan is built around suitability, realistic outcomes and long-term skin health — not trends or pressure. Treatment only proceeds when Dr Langdon is satisfied it is clinically appropriate and the patient has realistic expectations.

Safety Philosophy
Clinical oversight includes suitability assessment, treatment planning and support for post-treatment concerns. Clear communication of risks, downtime and limitations is a core part of informed consent.
Consultations are carried out by Dr Langdon or a member of our team specialising in the relevant procedure, with all prescribing decisions and clinical oversight remaining her responsibility. Treatment will not proceed where clinical suitability is in question. Post-treatment follow-up and complication management are always available.
What Doctor-Led Means Here
- Who consults: Consultations are conducted by Dr Langdon or a team member specialising in the relevant procedure; prescribing and clinical oversight sit with Dr Langdon
- Who treats: Injectable treatments are performed by our GMC-registered doctors (including Dr Langdon), with overall clinical oversight by Dr Langdon as Medical Director
- Prescribing responsibility: Prescription-only treatments are prescribed by our GMC-registered doctors, with overall clinical governance held by Dr Langdon as Medical Director
- Complication management: Dr Langdon is available for post-treatment concerns and manages any complications directly, with clear escalation pathways in place
Safety and Consent
- Consent approach: Written informed consent is obtained before every procedure, including clear explanation of risks, alternatives, expected outcomes and limitations
- Cooling-off period: A minimum cooling-off period is offered between consultation and treatment so patients can make decisions without pressure
- When we say no: Treatment is declined where clinical suitability is in question, expectations are unrealistic, or the patient's wellbeing would not be served
- No same-day injectable treatments for new patients — a consultation must always come first

- Treat without a proper medical assessment first
- Recommend treatment where the risks outweigh the benefits for you
- Over-treat or chase trends that don't serve your long-term appearance
