Clinical Approach
Dr Langdon's approach is conservative and assessment-led: the right treatment for the right patient, at the right time.
Every plan is built around suitability, realistic outcomes and long-term skin health — not trends or pressure. Treatment only proceeds when Dr Langdon is satisfied it is clinically appropriate and the patient has realistic expectations.

Safety Philosophy
Clinical oversight includes suitability assessment, treatment planning and support for post-treatment concerns. Clear communication of risks, downtime and limitations is a core part of informed consent.
Dr Langdon personally assesses every patient and will not proceed with treatment where clinical suitability is in question. Post-treatment follow-up and complication management are always available.
What Doctor-Led Means Here
- Who consults: Dr Langdon personally assesses every new patient before any treatment plan is agreed
- Who treats: All injectable treatments are performed by Dr Langdon or under her direct clinical oversight
- Prescribing responsibility: All prescription-only treatments are prescribed and overseen by Dr Langdon as the responsible clinician
- Complication management: Dr Langdon is available for post-treatment concerns and manages any complications directly, with clear escalation pathways in place
Safety and Consent
- Consent approach: Written informed consent is obtained before every procedure, including clear explanation of risks, alternatives, expected outcomes and limitations
- Cooling-off period: A minimum cooling-off period is offered between consultation and treatment so patients can make decisions without pressure
- When we say no: Treatment is declined where clinical suitability is in question, expectations are unrealistic, or the patient's wellbeing would not be served
- No same-day injectable treatments for new patients — a consultation must always come first

- Treat without a proper medical assessment first
- Recommend treatment where the risks outweigh the benefits for you
