Per session; varies by area.

Most patients are quoted per session rather than for a fixed course. That is deliberate: the number of sessions you need depends on how your skin responds to the first one, and we would rather review after each treatment than sell a package before we know.

What moves the price within that band

Four factors account for most of the difference between a lower-end and an upper-end fee.

Size of the treatment area

This is the largest single driver. A single scar, the perioral area or the backs of the hands sit near the bottom of the band. Full face sits considerably higher, and full face combined with neck and décolletage sits at the top.

Treatment depth and coverage density

Deeper columns and higher coverage require more laser energy, longer treatment time and a longer recovery. Established scarring generally needs both; early textural change usually does not.

Whether both wavelengths are used

The Alma Hybrid can deliver ablative CO2 and non-ablative 1570nm in the same session. Combining them adds to the session fee but can reduce the total number of sessions needed.

Number of sessions in your plan

Most concerns need 1–3 sessions spaced 6–8 weeks apart. Established acne scarring typically needs 2–3; pigmentation and photoageing often respond to 1–2. Multiply the per-session fee accordingly when budgeting.

How CO2 compares on cost

CO2 is not automatically the most expensive resurfacing route, and it is rarely the cheapest. These are the treatments patients most often weigh it against, at our published per-session bands.

Not necessarily — a lower fee often simply reflects a smaller treatment area or a more superficial setting. What does matter is who assesses and delivers the treatment, what platform is used and what aftercare is included. Price alone is a poor proxy for any of those.
