CoolSculpting in Berkshire

Doctor-led cryolipolysis at our Maidenhead clinic — led by Dr Selena Langdon, CoolSculpting Complications Expert

Book Consultation

Berkshire Aesthetics is a CQC-registered medical clinic in Maidenhead — central Berkshire, with patients travelling from Windsor, Slough, Bracknell, Reading, Wokingham, Ascot, Marlow and across the Thames Valley specifically for CoolSculpting treatment.

The clinic is led by Dr Selena Langdon — a recognised CoolSculpting Complications Expert with international advisory work in complication prevention and management. This depth of experience is part of why patients travel from across Berkshire and beyond for CoolSculpting at our clinic rather than a salon-based provider.

CoolSculpting near Reading, Windsor and the Thames Valley

Patients often search for CoolSculpting near Reading, Windsor, Bracknell or Wokingham because they want a local clinic without travelling into London. Our Maidenhead clinic is positioned for those Berkshire and Thames Valley journeys, with free parking and doctor-led treatment planning before any cycle is booked.

Complications Expert

Dr Langdon is internationally recognised for CoolSculpting complications work — including paradoxical adipose hyperplasia (PAH) management.

CQC-registered

Independently regulated medical clinic. CoolSculpting delivered under doctor-led clinical governance, not as a non-medical service.

Honest planning

Patients we cannot safely or effectively treat are told so. We do not sell large pre-paid courses to patients who would not benefit.

Why patients travel across Berkshire for CoolSculpting here

  • Specific clinical expertise — Dr Langdon has years of CoolSculpting practice plus international complications-management experience. This is more depth than most general aesthetic clinics offer.
  • Doctor-led oversight — every CoolSculpting plan is reviewed by a doctor. We turn down patients where the treatment is unlikely to deliver what they want.
  • PAH and complication recognition — if a rare complication develops, we can recognise it early and manage it. Other clinics refer complications to us; you are starting from that depth on your first session.
  • Travel-friendly Berkshire location — Maidenhead is central in Berkshire. Free parking, M4 J8/9 access, Elizabeth Line at Maidenhead station. Typical drive times: Windsor 15 min, Slough 15 min, Reading 20 min, Bracknell 20 min.

Frequently asked questions about CoolSculpting in Berkshire

Where in Berkshire is your CoolSculpting clinic?
Berkshire Aesthetics is on Furze Platt Road, Maidenhead, SL6 6PR — central Berkshire with easy access from Windsor, Slough, Bracknell, Reading, Wokingham, Ascot and the wider Thames Valley. Free on-site parking, close to M4 Junctions 8/9.
How much does CoolSculpting cost in Berkshire?
CoolSculpting at Berkshire Aesthetics starts at £245 per cycle when 18 or more cycles are booked as part of a plan. Smaller plans cost more per cycle. Consultation is £50 with a therapist or £100 with a doctor. Final pricing is confirmed at consultation based on the treatment plan agreed.
Why is Dr Selena Langdon recognised in CoolSculpting?
Dr Langdon is a CoolSculpting Complications Expert and has served on international advisory work for complication prevention and management. She is one of a small group of UK clinicians with this depth of CoolSculpting experience, which is part of why patients travel to Berkshire Aesthetics for the procedure specifically.
Is CoolSculpting suitable for me?
CoolSculpting is for patients with localised, pinchable subcutaneous fat in specific areas — abdomen, flanks, inner/outer thighs, upper arms, submental (double chin) and others. It is not a weight-loss treatment and is not suitable for visceral (deep abdominal) fat or for patients with significant cryoglobulinaemia or cold-related conditions. Suitability and treatment plan are confirmed at consultation.
How many cycles do I need?
Depends on the body area and your goals. A single abdomen often takes 4 cycles per session. Flanks usually 2 cycles. Most treatment plans range from 6 to 18 cycles depending on areas and number of sessions. Honest treatment planning is part of the consultation.
What about complications — are they handled here?
Yes. Berkshire Aesthetics has the experience to recognise and manage CoolSculpting complications, including paradoxical adipose hyperplasia (PAH). Many patients are referred to Dr Langdon specifically for complications management from other clinics. This is part of why CoolSculpting is delivered under doctor-led oversight here rather than as a non-medical body-shaping service.
How does CoolSculpting compare with EMSculpt Neo?
They do different things. CoolSculpting reduces fat by controlled cooling (cryolipolysis). EMSculpt Neo builds muscle and reduces fat through electromagnetic stimulation and radiofrequency. Some patients combine both. We will discuss which suits your concern honestly at consultation. See our comparison guide for detail.
I am travelling from outside Berkshire — is it worth the journey?
Many patients travel to us specifically for CoolSculpting because of Dr Langdon's recognised expertise. Patients regularly come from across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and West London. Free parking and proximity to the M4 make travel manageable.

Why we start with a consultation

Every treatment begins with a medical assessment. We need to understand your medical history, current health, skin condition and concerns before prescribing any procedure. This protects your safety and ensures the treatment is clinically appropriate for you.

During your consultation, your clinician will explain what the treatment can realistically achieve, any risks specific to you, and whether an alternative might be more appropriate. Consultations are carried out by our doctors or advanced aesthetic practitioners, depending on the treatment or concern being assessed.

All bookings are subject to our Booking Conditions.
