How long does CoolSculpting last?
CoolSculpting reduces fat cells in the treated area through controlled cooling (cryolipolysis), and the fat cells that are cleared do not regenerate — so the reduction in that area is considered long-lasting. However, the remaining fat cells can still enlarge with significant weight gain, so a stable weight and healthy lifestyle help preserve the result. Final results develop over 8 to 12 weeks and outcomes vary by individual.
