StimSure

StimSure is the latest, non-invasive electromagnetic muscle building and toning treatment. The device has a CE marked for muscular atrophy and is the same technology (sold under a different brand) used in the USA which has FDA clearance.

StimSure can be used to strengthen and tighten the abdominal, gluteal and thigh muscles by contracting/stimulating the muscles, delivering up to 24,000 muscle contractions in just 20 to 30 minutes for natural-looking results. StimSure can also be used to treat posture by correcting and strengthening core and back muscles as well as issues such as diastasis recti and incontinence.

What do our patients love?

Leaner stronger muscles in less time and without the need for long gym sessions. The treatment is also ideal for those with diastasis recti or incontinence.

Who is it for?

Anyone suffering from muscle atrophy or wanting to build a stronger physique.

Abdominals

Many men want a six-pack and it is possible but the reality is that to achieve this StimSure cannot do it alone. Proper diet and exercise will be needed but with our help, the time in the gym will be far less. Best of all though, if you're wanting to improve your posture, move better and improve sport or general physical activity then a stronger core helps with every move we make. For women, the goal for the abs is more often to treat diastasis recti which around 60% of women experience post-pregnancy.

Buttocks

As we age we lose muscle tone and an area that many patients notice is their behind. This is noticed particularly post-pregnancy as during this time a woman's body produces relaxin, which helps prepare the uterus and cervix for giving birth. Relaxin is the main culprit for making the bottom sag. What our patients love about StimSure is that they can not only address their buttocks but the device can also treat incontinence, a common post-pregnancy concern but one which will affect nearly seven in ten women in their life.

Posture

Poor posture can be due to weakness of the muscles in the back or simply longstanding alignment issues or due to injury. Often modern life also leads to posture issues as back muscles are engaged less through daily activities. StimSure can help to re-engage muscles which are underutilised and bring back function, correcting postural issues and alleviate associated discomfort.

Incontinence

Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI) is defined as a sudden unintentional loss of urine during normal day-to-day activities. If you have this problem you may notice leakage if you laugh, cough, sneeze, walk, exercise, or lift something. In women, these muscles can be weakened during pregnancy by the extra weight and natural hormonal changes. Childbirth can cause more problems especially if delivery is prolonged or the baby is large. StimSure helps to reengage the muscles used to control urine and for some patients, the results can be seen immediately.
