CoolSculpting Elite has seven applications which is two more than the CoolSculpting Legacy device. With more applicators, we are able to achieve a more sculpted result.
CoolSculpting is best performed by practitioners with an eye for detail and a true understanding of the human form. Combining many years of surgical training with a more advanced range of applicators means our doctor can sculpt and define your ideal body more easily.
The newly designed applicators have a ‘C’ shape rather than a ‘U’ shape which means better contact with skin. CoolSculpting works by freezing the subcutaneous fat which sits just below the skin. The redesigned cups of the new applicator are more efficient giving more consistent cooling across a greater area meaning fewer cycles are needed to achieve the same result as before.
A side-by-side comparison has been performed comparing patient comfort with the CoolSculpting Elite applicators vs the CoolSculpting Legacy applicators. Not surprisingly the new applicators are more comfortable which is in part to their new shape plus a redesigned vacuum system making the ‘draw’ of the skin more even.
