    • Bookings, Cancellations & Other Conditions of Treatment

      • Bookings are made on a first come first-served basis.
      • A booking does not guarantee a treatment can be provided and the decision to treat will be based on a medical assessment or professional opinion of our staff. Your suitability for treatment will be determined by our staff and we cannot carry out a treatment where contraindications, allergies or other factors might result in an adverse outcome.
      • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all appointments (£50 with a doctor of £25 with a therapist).
      • Following a consultation, the deposit will be credited toward any treatment received within 28 days of the consultation.
      • A non-refundable 10% deposit of the total cost of a CoolSculpting treatment is required to confirm your booking with with full payment to be made prior to the commencement of treatment.
      • Late cancellations or changes (less than 48 hours for consultations or treatments and 7 days for CoolSculpting) will result in deposits being forfeited.
      • Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit payment has been made. If there is a delay in making a deposit payment, your appointment slot may be allocated to somebody else. A booking will not be held for you without a deposit payment.
      • Late arrivals may not receive a treatment – Berkshire Aesthetics staff will always do their best to provide full treatment but cannot keep other clients waiting.
      • If you are bringing young children to the clinic, please ensure that there is a supervising adult with them at all times as Berkshire Aesthetics staff cannot provide supervision and neither can children be taken into treatment rooms.
      • If you have paid for a consultation, please be aware that the outcome of the consultation may be information and advice that you are unsuitable for treatment and you will not be entitled to a refund of your consultation fee.
      • It is important that you provide all medical history asked of you. Berkshire Aesthetics will not be held liable for any damage caused as a result of withheld information or failure to follow instructions from the doctor or our staff.
      • For any treatment bookings you are not permitted to consume alcohol 48 hours before or after your appointment. If you have consumed alcohol you must alert the doctor as it may not be safe or recommended to proceed.
      • Any missed appointment that were not cancelled or rearranged at least 48 hours before the appointment  will result in a £50 fine being applied to the next booking.
